Ingredients:
Cooked rice

Grated coconut

Method:
- Pressure cook rice with water in 1:2 ratio for 3 to 4 whistles.
- Heat a pan with coconut oil, temper the items given under "to temper" list. Now add the grated coconut and saute it for a minute.
- Add the cooked rice to it and mix well.
- When serving coconut rice, mix some crushed pappad along with rice and serve it.
- Flavorful coconut rice is ready :). It goes well with roasted potatoes or with kurma kuzhambu.
