Ingredients:
Grated Coconut
|
1 Cup |
Jaggery
|
1/2 Cup
|
Cardamom powder
|
2 small pinches
|
Gingelly oil
|
1/2 tsp
|
Method:
- Heat jaggery with little amount of water. Once it's melted, strain it to remove impurities.
- Again boil the jaggery syrup till it becomes frothy. Now add the coconut and mix well until the mixture becomes thick.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder and give it a mix. Lastly add gingelly oil and when its warm, make medium sized tight balls.
- Enjoy your candy :)
